Lemon Dill Dip

Appropriate for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans
Components:
1 serving Cottage Cheese (1%)
1 Tbsp recent Dill, plus extra for garnish
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2½ Tbsp juice from a recent Lemon
½ tsp. Onion Powder
¼ tsp. Lemon Zest
Sprint of Floor Black Pepper
1 tsp. chopped Parsley (for garnish)
Preparation:
Add all elements to a meals processor or blender. Mix till easy and creamy.
Garnish and serve with recent veggies.
