Contemporary Salsa

Elements:
1½ serving Tomato
¼ serving Pepper
¼ serving Crimson Onion
¼ cup Contemporary Cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
¼ Jalapeno, minced (optionak)
½ tsp. juice from a contemporary Lime (or extra to style)
Pepper to style
Preparation:
Quarter, seed, and cube tomatoes, seed and chop peppers, chop onions. Mix tomatoes, peppers, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno in a bowl. Add lime juice and pepper to style.
