Elements:
1 serving skinless Wild Salmon fillet, reduce into 1-inch items
1 recent Lemon, very thinly sliced into rounds
Recent Oregano, chopped, to style
1 tsp. Floor Cumin
¼ tsp. Crushed Crimson Pepper Flakes
Preparation:
Warmth grill on medium warmth and spray the grates with unflavored cooking spray. Combine oregano, cumin, and purple pepper flakes in a small bowl; set spice combination apart.
Starting and ending with salmon, thread salmon and folded lemon slices onto skewer(s). Spray the fish calmly with unflavored cooking spray and season with the spice combination.
Grill the fish, turning sometimes, till fish is opaque all through, about 8 to 10 minutes complete.
