Senior Analysis Fellow

Paulene Mackell is a Senior Analysis Fellow at NARI inside the Medical Gerontology division and an skilled social employee with a multidisciplinary tutorial background. She has expertise of working in hospitals, aged care evaluation groups and in geographically distant areas. This consists of forming a collaboration that explored how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled artwork centres maintain their Elders, and other people dwelling with dementia, robust and linked. Paulene is dedicated to enterprise relational and participatory analysis methodologies that interact with native data making processes and promote well being and ageing, intergenerational connection, and sustainable communities. She is at the moment enterprise her PhD by the Faculty of Design at RMIT College.
