Speaker 1: Professor Sandra Thom-Jones
Sandra Thom-Jones, MBA, MPH, PhD is an autistic creator, artisan, tutorial and advocate. She is the creator of Rising in to Autism (MUP, 2022) and Autistics in Academia (Cambridge College Press, 2024), and a passionate champion for the inclusion of autistic folks in all facets of society. Sandra labored for greater than 20 years within the college sector as a researcher and senior chief, most lately as Professional Vice-Chancellor, Analysis Affect at ACU. She now works as a marketing consultant offering a variety of providers for autistic folks – in addition to skilled improvement, analysis and consultancy providers for schooling, employment and healthcare suppliers – by her web site Autistic Professor. She can be an Honorary Professor on the College of Wollongong.
