Italian Egg Scramble

1 serving Eggs
1 small Tomato, sliced
1 small clove of Garlic, minced
½ tsp. Basil, recent
Sprint of Onion Powder
Sprint of Floor Black Pepper
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Warmth a skillet (giant sufficient to suit tomato slices so they don’t overlap within the pan). Over medium/medium-low warmth. Coat with unflavored non-stick cooking spray and sautee garlic for 1 minute. Subsequent, add tomatoes in 1 layer, ensuring they don’t overlap one another.
Cook dinner a couple of minutes till softened. Flip warmth all the way down to medium-low. Sprinkle the basil on the tomatoes, then pour the eggs (overwhelmed or complete) on prime and canopy the skillet with a lid. Verify the eggs after a couple of minutes. Switch to a plate when eggs have achieved desired doneness.
