Elements:
1 small Banana (ripened)
6 oz. Low-Fats Yogurt (or 4 oz. Greek Yogurt)
Sprint of Cinnamon (to style, non-compulsory)
1-2 drops Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mash the banana with vanilla extract and/or cinnamon (non-compulsory) or puree in a blender.
High your serving of yogurt with the banana puree and luxuriate in!
