Anxiety symptoms are physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive changes indicating that you’re experiencing anxiety. A child who feels anxious may feel irritable, tired, or restless. They may also notice themselves trembling and having difficulty staying on task. 🙁
Recognizing these symptoms is the first step to properly managing them. This can include visiting a therapist when symptoms interfere with daily functioning.
