Eligibility
1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems:
- Recent fall
- Past history of falls
- Risk of falls
- Fear of falls
2. Must live in one of the following areas:
- Mulwala
- Yarrawonga
- Bundalong
3. Must have a referral from one of the following:
- Hospital or community-based health professional
- General Practitioner (GP)
- Self-referral and/or referral from family members are accepted
Cost
The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Program is $10.20 per session.
