Len Gray is a senior researcher and Professor in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Queensland.  He is trained and has extensive experience in health administration and clinical medicine. His current research interests encompass clinical informatics, assessment systems, decision support and quality improvement in aged care.  He is the Australian coordinator for the interRAI international research collaborative, within which he is a board member, the director of international contracts and leader of hospital systems development.

At NARI, he hopes to contribute to research and development efforts in aged care systems development with a particular focus on improving the quality of care delivered, and the quality of life of persons in care.
