Instructions:
Prepare a small baking dish; a square mold is ideal. Pour the coconut milk into a deep plate or bowl. Briefly dip the ladyfingers into it on both sides so they do not fall apart. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers tightly next to each other on the bottom of the baking dish until the entire surface is covered.
In a large bowl, place the smooth fat-free quark, cream cheese, coconut-almond butter, maple syrup, and protein powder. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly to create a smooth cream. It will be easiest to mix if you take all the ingredients out of the refrigerator well in advance so they reach room temperature.
Spread exactly half of the prepared cream over the first layer of soaked ladyfingers and use a spoon or kitchen spatula to spread it evenly to the edges. Next, take more ladyfingers, dip them quickly in the coconut milk again, and layer them on top of the cream. Apply the rest of the cream to this second layer of ladyfingers and smooth the surface nicely.

Take a small pan and place it on the stove. Toast 30 g of shredded coconut over low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as it begins to smell wonderful and takes on a slightly golden color, immediately transfer it from the hot pan to a cold bowl. Then, evenly sprinkle the toasted coconut over the entire surface of the tiramisu.
Let the finished tiramisu rest and set in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours, ideally overnight. During chilling, the ladyfingers will absorb moisture from the cream, the dessert will firm up beautifully, and it will be easy to cut into neat squares.
