Kay-Clough to lead Aged Care Decisions
Michelle Kay-Clough has been appointed chief executive officer of Aged Care Decisions – an aged care placement and comparison service that helps families understand their care options and connect with suitable and available providers.
She is an experienced aged care leader, having most recently spent nine years with national aged care provider Bolton Clarke as group sales manager.
Ms Kay-Clough, who starts as CEO on October 6, said the opportunity to bring together the consumer and provider perspectives was a major attraction to the role.

“I have known Aged Care Decisions and its founders for many years and have seen first-hand the role the organisation plays in helping families navigate an incredibly important and often challenging period in their lives,” said Ms Kay-Clough.
“What excites me about this opportunity is the ability to build on those strong foundations while looking at the aged care journey from both sides – families searching for the right care and providers delivering that care.”
She replaces co-founder and CEO Andrew Henderson, who is transitioning into an executive director role, alongside fellow co-founder Ken Ray.
Mr Henderson said the combination of Ms Kay-Clough’s industry experience and the established relationship she has with the business made her the right person to lead its next chapter.
“As founders, one of the biggest decisions you make is who you trust to become the next custodian of the business you’ve built. We went through a significant process and came back to the same conclusion: Michelle is the right person to lead Aged Care Decisions into its next chapter,” he said.
“She understands where we’ve come from, strongly aligns with the culture we’ve built and brings a different perspective and experience that can help the organisation continue to evolve.”
