Salary: $83,824 – $96,050 per annum pro rata, plus employer Superannuation Guarantee (SG) contribution and generous Salary Packaging

About the role
NARI is seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrative Officer to join the Professional Support Services Division.
This is a diverse and rewarding role with a strong focus on Human Resources administration support and Salesforce management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contract administration, workforce reporting and employee records management. The role also contributes to a range of organisational initiatives.
As NARI’s Salesforce administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation’s Salesforce platform, providing user support, developing reports, ensuring data quality, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people-focused HR administration with systems administration and organisational support in a collaborative environment.

To be successful for this role
The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience, together with relevant experience including:
- Experience in HR administrative, executive support or business support role
- Knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience using Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, data management and user support
Candidates must also address the selection criteria outlined in the position description.
Eligibility
