Clare Grieveson has announced her departure from Southern Cross Care WA after five years as chief executive officer.
She will remain CEO until 30 October to support the transition, after which she will take on a new role in an unrelated sector.
SCCWA said Ms Grieveson has played a guiding role in leading the organisation and that her passion and advocacy have been a hallmark of her time as CEO.
She recently travelled to Canberra as part of the Advance Ageing WA delegation to present the Rights to Reality report and advocate for solutions to aged care challenges specific to Western Australia.
Ms Grieveson said it has been an “honour” to serve as CEO.
“In that time, I have seen remarkable change, growth and progress within our industry,” she said.
